The instructions are for a temporary address change (eg, Vacation). Though, you will be prompted for a permanent change, if necessary.
1) Navigate to this link : e911 Update Link (Make sure Bria application is running)
2) If you don't have/remember your passcode, Click "Don't know your passcode?"
3) Put in your Bria Softphone number, then click "Call me Now"; the system will call you.
*When you get the call the system will provide you with an access code - please keep a note of it for future use.
4) Click "Go back" then login. You will see a screen similar to below
5) Click on "Schedule a Temporary Address Change".
6) Fill out the information below and you're all set!
