Headset Requirements

It is recommended to always use a wired USB headset with a microphone for optimal ease of setup, call clarity, and reliability. Ensure that the correct connection type (USB-A, USB-C) is used. A list of approved headsets can be found at the following link: Compatible Headsets

While some Bluetooth devices are approved for use, it is important to ensure that they are not paired with any other device(s) during a call. Wireless devices, including AirPods, have the ability to switch paired devices without user permission.

Other compatible headsets include wireless headsets, Bluetooth headsets, and 3.5mm earphones, assuming they have a working microphone. However, these options come with their own set of caveats, such as being more difficult to set up, less reliable in terms of call quality, and more difficult to use.
