Resolves error of ""Your connection to the server was lost"

When you access websites your web browser stores little bits of data so that you don't need to re-type your password, or accept a warnings or re-enter server names every time you perform certain actions.

Sometimes problems happen with these little bits of data your computer stores which may result in a website not loading or not functioning as you expect.  Sometimes this problem can be fixed by simply closing your browser or logging out of the site you're having trouble with, sometimes it's necessary to manually clear out the bits of saved data and make your browser forget all the little bits of data it has stored.  To accomplish this we clear the browser's cache and cookies.

Please be aware that when you clear your cache and cookies successfully you will need to log back into any website that previously remembered you.  It is not required to clear your saved passwords to clear your browser cache.
