It is very important to keep your digital software up to date. This is mainly for security reasons however, regular updates allow software to "communicate" with eachother more effectively.
MacOS - This is a very simple process which we will defer to Apple for the best and latest advice. As confident as we are with our support staff, we are simply not permitted to make changes on your machine that are not directly connected with the applications we support.
