See below in addition to the video:
1. Click the Headset/Speakerphone Icon (Next to Volume)
2. Select "Device Settings"
3. Ensure "Headset Mode" is selected
4. From the drop down menus, select your Bluetooth or USB headset.
5. Click OK
*If you do not see your headset, please ensure it is either plugged into your computers USB slots, or confirm it is paired in your computers Bluetooth Preferences.
